Our stock comes from premium manufacturers including Vitra, Herman Miller, Humanscale, Knoll, Steelcase, Senator and Orangebox, and changes every week as new clearances arrive.

Most of what we sell is pre-owned. Every item is inspected and cleaned before it goes on sale, and its condition is stated on the listing: Used items are in good working order with only light signs of use, Refurbished items have been professionally repaired and re-finished, and Never used or Ex-showroom items are as new. Any notable marks are photographed and described so there are no surprises.

Typically 50–80% off the list price of the equivalent new item, and often more on premium brands. A task chair that retails at over £1,000 new can be found on our site for a few hundred pounds, and a whole floor of matching bench desks costs a fraction of a new installation. Because we buy complete office clearances we can also offer large matching quantities that would be expensive to source new.

Yes. We photograph the furniture we are selling rather than using manufacturer catalogue images, so what you see is what you get. Where a listing covers several matching items they come from the same office and are in consistent condition.

Of course. Viewings are by appointment at our London warehouse. Call or email us with the item codes you are interested in and we will arrange a time.

Prices are shown including VAT by default, and you can switch to ex-VAT prices using the inc VAT / ex VAT toggle at the top of every page. A full VAT invoice is issued with every order.

Yes. We deliver across the UK, and through our sister company ARI Installations we can position and assemble desks, tables, booths and storage, remove packaging and take away your old furniture at the same time. Delivery is charged according to location, quantity and access and is confirmed before you order. Collection from our warehouse is also available.

Everything on the site is in stock and ready to go. Smaller orders in London and the Home Counties are usually delivered within a few working days; larger orders and installations are scheduled with you at a time that suits your office.

Yes. Many of our products are available in large matching quantities and we offer discounts on bulk orders and full office fit-outs. Tell us what you need and we will quote accordingly.

Yes. Our buy-back and clearance service is how most of our stock is sourced. We will survey your furniture, make an offer for anything with resale value and clear the rest responsibly, with as little as possible going to landfill.
